Our chronic care benefits (like nurse follow-ups and doctor check-ups, medication management and screening tests) start right away, following our annual health journey timeline — you will find it under the “How It Works” tab.

For inpatient (hospital) cover, there is a short waiting period:

• ⏳ 6 months — if you are under 65 years and have no existing chronic disease(s)

• ⏳ 12 months — if you are either 65+ years or already managing a chronic condition

Inpatient hospital benefits kick in if you have been admitted for at least 48 hours.

If you only visited the emergency room and went home the same day, that falls under outpatient care instead.

So yes — two nights or more and we have got your back.

Your inpatient benefits won’t cover: 🚫 Injuries or sickness from attempted suicide 🚫 Sickness from drug addiction or substance abuse 🚫 Injuries during illegal activities 🚫 Cases where important health info was hidden or falsified 🚫 Any fraudulent or dishonest claims
